Will we get market value for our house?

We buy homes from sellers who need to sell their homes fast. Am I obligated to sell to you if I request an offer?

Is it a problem if my house is really run down and in need of major repairs?

Nope! We buy houses all the time that are in need of significant repairs - electrical, plumbing, structural, even foundation issues. No matter the shape your house is in, we'll buy it.

Can you help me avoid a foreclosure?

Absolutely. We can work with your lending institution to avoid a foreclosure while we finalize the purchase of your home. We have great relationships with most of the major lenders and frequently help our clients in these types of situations.

Where do you buy homes?

We purchase homes anywhere in the country. With that said, most of our buying tends to be in the Western United States with a particular emphasis on Northern California. But no matter where you live, get in touch with us and we'll see if we can help.

Do I need to order inspections or other reports?

No. We do not require inspections or any other reports you would typically have to buy if selling your house through a realtor. We usually do a quick walk through of your home prior to finalizing the transaction, but that's pretty much it.

How much commission do you take?

Zero. We take no commission on the purchase of your house. You will receive 100% of our offer price (after paying off any existing loans or liens, of course). That means you'll be saving an extra 6% compared with selling through a realtor.

Who is actually buying my house?

Unlike our competitors, we're a local company and your house will be bought by local people. This means we don't have to take precious time to get approval from "corporate" or have reams of paperwork completed.

Do I have to move everything out of my house once I sell it?

You don't. Obviously take what you think is important but if you need to move quickly and can't get every last thing out of your house, don't worry about it. We've had clients who have sold their homes, packed a duffel bag and left everything else behind. So do as much or little as you'd like.

Do I have to move out of my house immediately after escrow closes?

Not necessarily. We understand you are in a tough spot and have to sell your home fast, and you might not even have your next residence in place. We can work with you to make the transition easy and stress-free which can include relocation services and/or arranging for you to stay in the house you are selling while making arrangements.
